I'm taking a break right now after a huge dinner then I'm off to the studio to make some magic. I'm working on a surprise. I began on something nice last night that I need to finish!
In the meantime, I want you to pay attention on something that is funny. Not "ha ha" funny but funny in the way it's presented and it's a little bit sad.
I was googling and I stumbled upon a picture that basically described the evolution of music. Although the picture has its inaccuracies in comparing the two things, the humor in this picture can't be neglected.

Now, I love listening to John Coltrane. And I find Lil Wayne to be somewhat unique and I like a couple of songs with him, too. However, I can't ignore the fact that one of these compositions is taken more seriously than the other. One composition is highly complicated in its rapid progression of chord changes that progress through three chords shifted by major thirds, creating an augmented triad, and the other one is barely a triad.
Like I said before, an inaccurate but still a funny comparison.
